Our Story
We didn’t come from the coffee industry. We came from a kitchen table where good coffee was how our family started every hard day and celebrated every good one. When we couldn’t find beans that were both genuinely organic and genuinely fresh, we set out to build something better.
None of it happens alone. Every cup we pour today rests on the hands of the farmers who grow our beans and the distributors and roasting partners who help us get them to you fresh. We’re grateful for them, and we honor that craft in everything we make.
And we’re impatient in the best way. We’re building the technology to grow exceptional coffee indoors right here in America — one day, right in the cafe — so an unforgettable cup no longer depends on geography or season. It’s a long road, the kind that takes years to travel. So did going to the moon.
