Partnership FAQ
What do you mean by "build at cost"?+
You fund the build-out of your lounge, and we pass through what it actually costs — equipment, fit-out, technology onboarding — with no franchise-fee markup. We make our return by helping you grow, not by charging you to start.
What are the ongoing fees?+
None for the first two years. After that, a single 5% of gross sales goes toward the technology platform we build and run for you — POS, app, ERP, and the Clarity Sage loyalty system. There is no separate royalty or brand-fund fee.
Do I need coffee, roasting, or tech experience?+
No. We grow and roast the coffee, we run the entire technology stack, and we train you and your team fully. You bring the capital and the local drive; we bring everything else.
What is the dual revenue model?+
Two complementary lines: coffee and retail sales throughout the day, plus lounge memberships, day passes, and meeting-room rentals for recurring revenue. Together they make a more resilient business than a cafe alone.
Can I open more than one lounge?+
Yes. Qualified partners can secure a market and open multiple lounges on an agreed schedule.
