Moksha Coffee Company (“Moksha,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use coffeemoksha.com and our services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our site you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account & contact. Name, email, password (stored hashed), and any shipping address or phone you provide.
• Orders. What you buy, order history, subscriptions, gift cards, and loyalty (Clarity Credits) activity.
• Payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number — Stripe handles it and shares only limited details (e.g. last four digits, status) with us.
• Clarity Sage (wellness) data. If you use Clarity Sage, we store the check-ins you choose to log (self-rated clarity, energy, sleep, mood, cups) and any brew-setup preferences. This is used only to generate your personalized, non-medical wellness insights. See Clarity Sage.
• Usage & device. Standard log data (IP, browser, pages viewed) and cookies used to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and understand site performance.
• Communications. Messages you send us (e.g. contact form) and your email preferences.

How we use it

• To process and ship orders, manage subscriptions, gift cards, and rewards.
• To provide Clarity Sage and generate your personal wellness insights.
• To send transactional email (order confirmations, shipping, receipts, account and password emails).
• To send marketing email only if you’ve opted in — every marketing message includes a one-click unsubscribe.
• To secure the service, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
• To improve our products and site.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, under contract and only as needed:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase — our database and authentication.
• Vercel — hosting.
• Resend — sending our email.
• Shipping carriers and analytics/performance providers.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business (you’ll be notified).

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for sign-in, your cart, and security, plus cookies that help us measure and improve the site. You can control cookies in your browser; disabling essential cookies may break parts of the site.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data (see your rights below); some records (e.g. completed transactions) may be retained where the law requires.

Your rights & choices

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
• Opt out of marketing email at any time (unsubscribe link or by emailing us).
• Manage or delete your Clarity Sage data, or close your account.
• Depending on where you live (e.g. California, EU/UK), you may have additional rights to access, portability, or restriction — contact us to exercise them.

Security

We protect your information with industry-standard measures: encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data and limit access to it.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll change the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you.
