Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of coffeemoksha.comand purchases from Moksha Coffee Company (“Moksha,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be able to form a binding contract. You may close your account at any time.

Orders, pricing & payment

• Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change; the price at checkout applies to your order.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it (e.g. if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred).
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
• Rewards (Clarity Credits), gift cards, and promo codes are subject to their stated terms and have no cash value except as required by law.

Subscriptions & auto-renewal

Our Subscribe & Save plans are recurring. When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the cadence you select (e.g. every 2–8 weeks) at the then-current price, until you cancel. You can cancel anytimefrom your account, effective for the next cycle; charges already processed for a shipped or in-progress order are not automatically refunded. We’ll email you around each renewal.

Shipping, returns & refunds

• We ship within the U.S., and shipping is free on all orders — no minimum — unless stated otherwise.
• Because coffee is a fresh, consumable product, we generally cannot accept returns of opened items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right (replacement or refund).
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.

Clarity Sage — wellness, not medical advice

Clarity Sage provides general wellness information and personalized insights based on the data you log. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Any research references are associations from population studies, not guarantees. Consume caffeine responsibly and consult a professional about your health.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or abusive activity; no attempting to breach security, scrape at scale, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Moksha name, logo, content, and site are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or use them without permission, except as needed to use the site normally.

Disclaimers

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moksha will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we’ll change the “last updated” date above. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
