Tea
Rishi organic teas from a sachet: three caffeine-free botanical blends and a masala chai. Steep it hot, pour it over ice, or make a chai latte.
Steeped hot
EasyKettle + mug
The way Rishi directs: one sachet, water just off the boil, and a few minutes covered. The botanicals forgive a longer steep; the chai gets stronger.
- Ratio
- 1 sachet : 8 fl oz water
- Temp
- 200°F / 93°C
- Time
- 4–7 min
Best results: Cover the mug while it steeps so the aromatic oils stay in the cup.

Iced
EasyKettle + ice
Steep the same sachet in half the water, then pour it over a tall glass of ice, so the melt brings it to full strength instead of watering it down.
- Ratio
- 1 sachet : 4 fl oz water, over ice
- Temp
- 200°F, then ice
- Time
- 6–8 min
Best results: Sweeten while the tea is hot; honey and sugar won't dissolve once it meets the ice.
Drinks you can make
Chai latte
EasyKettle + steamed milk
Masala chai steeped strong in half the water and topped with steamed milk: the café chai latte made with real tea instead of a sweet syrup.
- Ratio
- 1 sachet : 4 fl oz water : 4 fl oz milk
- Temp
- 200°F / 93°C
- Time
- 7 min
Best results: Sweeten the tea before the milk goes in.
